We are looking for a fashion forward, enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Experience Coordinator based at our Headquarters located in Coquitlam, B.C.
You have a passion for providing outstanding customer service and are skilled in building relationships. You love to make someone’s day by problem solving and working in a fast-paced environment. You always go above and beyond to exceed expectations and people rely on you when things need to get done.
Highly organized, detail oriented and with excellent communication skills you’ll assist our customers via phone, email and live chat. Working directly with the Sales & Logistics Manager, you will respond to any inquiries to our valued clients both internally and externally and become the expert in AG’s product knowledge. Supporting the office environment, you will assist Reception in providing high quality customer experience to all visitors at AG Headquarters.
